BIRTH AND DEATH CERTIFICATES for those born in Wahkiakum County can be obtained by coming to the public health office at 64 Main Street in Cathlamet, WA 98612. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM- 12 PM and 1PM until 5PM.

Cost for birth and death certificates is $20.00.
