The Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) provides resources to fund homeless crisis response systems to support communities in ending homelessness. The purpose of this funding is to assist people living unstably housed to become stably housed. The system is oriented toward problem solving conversations (Diversion) and personal advocacy to help people identify practical solutions based on their own available resources.
To be eligible for CHG Standard and HEN, households must meet both housing status and income requirements as detailed in the following sections.
