2026 Wahkiakum Superior Court Calendar
All hearings for Domestic relations (family law) matters are to be scheduled on the Wahkiakum Domestic Docket hearing dates. The Domestic docket is scheduled once per month. Special set hearings will be allowed if a particular case needs a hearing more often than once per month, with approval of Court Administration.
If you have a domestic relations hearing scheduled and would like to appear via Zoom there is a required fee $25.00 fee per person. The Zoom fee must be paid for each scheduled hearing and by each party appearing by Zoom.
Please complete the Request to Appear Remotely Form to the right and submit it to Court Administration.

If you are approved to appear via Zoom, you will be sent the Zoom Meeting information. The Zoom information is not to be shared with other parties.
