Visiting Rules


Wahkiakum County jail visitors must follow all rules while visiting. Failure to obey rules will result in losing the privilege to enter the facility.

Visitor rules include:

  • All visitors must be properly dressed. No gang colors or see through clothes are permitted.
  • All visitors under the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs will be refused visitation privileges.
  • Per WAC 289-24-220 visitors seventeen years of age and younger shall be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exception.
  • All adult visitors must have proper identification.

Visiting Hours

Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m and Sundays from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

What You Can Bring for an Inmate

Inmates can receive:

  • Books with non-explicit photos
  • Cash for commissary items
  • Envelopes
  • Stamps
  • Two pair socks
  • Two pair underwear
  • Magazines with non-explicit photos

No outside food or toiletries.
