Document Copy Fees
PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT MAIL COPIES OF DOCUMENTS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A DOCUMENT TO BE MAILED TO ANOTHER COUNTRY, YOU MUST MAIL PAYMENT AND AN APPROPRIATELY ADDRESSED ENVELOPE WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF POSTAGE.
Certified Copies of any Court Document are $5.00 for the 1st page and $1.00 for each additional page. (Per Document)
Standard copies of any Court Document are $.50 per page
Emailed Copies of any Court Document are $.25 per page
Audio CD of a Court Proceeding $25.00

How to Pay for Copies:
Check or Money Order - Please make all checks/money orders payable to: Wahkiakum County Superior Court Clerk.
Mail payment to our office and please indicate your case number and what documents you are requesting. Please enclose a self-addressed/postage paid envelope to return the paid copies in. Our office does not provide the postage fee.
We accept Credit/Debit cards:

- Misc. for Document Copy fees
- Enter your Case Number as the Account Number (or the party name if the case number is not known)
- Amount: Enter the amount you are paying.
- NOTE: If you are paying for copies to be mailed, please add an additional $2.00 Postage/Envelope fee.
Complete the Cardholder and Payment information, verify the information on the next page and agree to accept the added convenience fee and submit payment.
