Confidential document copies are not available to be sent electronically. Such documents may only be purchased in person or copies mailed, subject to eligibility disclosure requirements. Proof of valid identification is required for the release of any confidential documents.
Please note: Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) are confidential and are not eligible for electronic delivery. QDROs must be obtained through our secure, approved pickup or mailing methods only.

There is a $25.00 fee for an audio copy of a Court hearing. The completed Request from can be mailed to our office along with the $25.00 fee, or the request can be submitted through the copy request portal.

NOTE: A copy of the one-page Certificate of Dissolution cannot be purchased through our office. The Certificate of Dissolution is not signed by a Judge and is not filed with the Court. It is mailed to the WA State Dept. of Health after the divorce is final. If you need a copy of the Certificate of Dissolution, please visit WA State Dept. of Health for ordering information.
